General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 29bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://29bd9.app, including all games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and any other services offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the 29bd9 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Account Registration

• Unauthorised access: You must notify 29bd9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 29bd9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC verification: 29bd9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before enabling withdrawals or at any point during account operation. Documents required may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address no older than three months.
• Payment method verification: Before processing a withdrawal to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, 29bd9 may require you to verify that the mobile financial service account is registered in your own name.

29bd9 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason, provided that any funds legitimately belonging to the player are returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual offer.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a 29bd9 account carry a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) that must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's specific terms.

User Obligations

Account Suspension & Closure

• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your 29bd9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
